Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM local warehouse time on a business day typically ship the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We ship from 4 regional fulfillment centers. Your order is automatically routed to the warehouse closest to you.

Customs & Import Duties

For most countries, all applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total — no additional charges on delivery.

Exception: Switzerland and Norway. Orders to these countries ship from our EU warehouse and may be subject to local customs duties upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price.

Returns & Guarantees Overview
